About modification of the Procedure for execution of the document granting the right to foreigners and stateless persons on crossing of frontier of Ukraine within local boundary movement

According to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 22, 2008 "Questions of execution of the document granting the right to the simplified crossing by foreigners and stateless persons of frontier of Ukraine" (with changes) and of June 1, 2011 No. 567 "About approval of Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory" (with changes) I order to No. 64:

1. Bring in the Procedure for execution of the document granting the right to foreigners and stateless persons on crossing of frontier of Ukraine within local boundary movement, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of August 20, 2009 169, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 15, 2009 for No. 871/16887, the following changes:

1) in Item 2:

in paragraph three of the word "in Consulate general of Ukraine in Pryashev" shall be replaced with words "in Embassy of Ukraine in the Slovak Republic, Bratislava";

in paragraph four "General" to exclude the word;

add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"In diplomatic representation and consular establishments of Ukraine in Romania - to citizens of Romania and stateless persons, living in Romania.";

2) to add the Procedure after Item 6 with new Item 7 of the following content:

"7. The documents which are the basis for registration of permission to the simplified crossing of border, the term of consideration of petitions about its registrations and terms of its action for Romania specified in appendix 9 to this Procedure.".
