Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 15, 2004 "About state regulation of ensuring fertility of lands of agricultural purpose" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 7, Art. 463; 2007, No. 7, Art. 689; 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 416) following changes and amendments:

1. Add Article 1 with paragraphs the fourth, the fifth, ninth and tenth the following content:

"-accounting of condition of fertility of lands of agricultural purpose - data collection about agrochemical, ecological, biological and meliorative condition of lands for the purpose of their entering into the State land cadastre;

- ecological and biological actions - set of evidence-based actions for use of biological factors and means (crop rotation, organic fertilizers, compost, stimulators (pathogens), fossil (minerals), green manure crops) of increase in fertility of lands in agricultural purpose;

- agroecological procedure - creation by artificial method and preserving ecological balance of fields of pastures, gardens and protection of forest protective strips for the purpose of steady production of agricultural products;";

- the twelfth after the word "organic" to add the paragraph with the words "and biological";

- the thirteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
