About modification of the Instruction about procedure for filling of the transit declaration
According to Item 1 of article 180 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for filling of the transit declaration approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 289, of change according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective since October 1, 2016.
