About approval of Rates for the paid services rendered to GP "State Registration Chamber"

In pursuance of Art. 4 of the Law on state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs N 220-XVI of October 19, 2007. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, N 184-187, Art. 711) DECIDES: the Government of the Republic of Moldova

1. Approve Rates for the paid services rendered to GP "State Registration Chamber" according to the appendix N 1.

2. Payment for state registration of legal entities and (or) individual entrepreneurs, for provision of information from the State register of legal entities, the State register of individual entrepreneurs, and also for rendering other services in the field to introduce along with submission of the corresponding statement in territorial office of the State registration chamber, except for information, stipulated in Item the 5th the Section II of appendix N 1, payment for which it is brought according to the procedure, established by the agreement.

3. The payment for provision of information from the State register of legal entities, the State register of individual entrepreneurs from bodies of public management, regulatory and law enforcement agencies is not levied.

4. Determine that the payment for provision of information from the State register of legal entities, the State register of individual entrepreneurs and rendering other services in the field of state registration of legal entities and (or) individual entrepreneurs returns according to the statement of the applicant in parts or in full.
