About approval of the Regulations on storage and wholesale trade (through the automated system) the identified oil products

According to the Law on the market of oil products No. 461-XV of July 30, 2001. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 107, the Art. 821) and the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 1027 of October 1, 2001. "About some measures for accomplishment of the Law on the market of oil products" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 120, Art. 1074; 2001, No. 147-149, of Art. 1367; 2002, 519) the Government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES: Art. No. 50-52,

1. Approve Regulations on storage and wholesale trade (through the automated system) by the identified oil products according to appendix.

2. To the ministries, departments and National regulation agency in power to make changes and additions to departmental regulations for their reduction in compliance with the specified provision in a month.

3. The identified oil products to assign constant control behind observance of requirements of the Regulations on storage and wholesale trade (through the automated system) to the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, the Ministry of Finance (State Tax Administration), the Ministry of Internal Affairs and National regulation agency in power within their competence.

4. To provide to the ministry of the environment and Inspectorate for environmental protection control of emissions of the volatile organic compounds which are formed as a result of storage and distribution of gasoline of terminals at the station on filling with oil products according to provisions of the Order of the Government No. 587/2020.

5. To the state inspectorate for supervision of non-food products and consumer protection to provide quality control of main types of oil products and observance of the corresponding regulations.
