1. Approve the Procedure for accreditation of the center of certification of keys which is applied.

2. To department of special telecommunication systems and information security of Security service to develop and approve in the six-months time of the requirement to servicing and use of the strengthened certificates of open keys.

Procedure for accreditation of the center of certification of keys

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of accreditation of the center of certification of keys (further - the center), conditions of provision by the center of services of the digital signature, the requirement to its personnel and information security.

2. The terms applied in this Procedure have such value:

monitoring body - Administration of Gosspetssvyaz;

software and hardware complex - equipment rooms, hardware-software and software of the accredited center which provide accomplishment of the functions connected with provision of services of the digital signature;
