1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of maintaining the Register of producers of organic products (raw materials) (further - the Register).
2. In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About production and turnover of organic agricultural products and raw materials".
3. Maintaining the Register and ensuring publication of official information about persons which are granted the right to make (to grow up, process) organic products (raw materials) is performed by Gosprodpotrebsluzhboyu.
4. The register is open and public and contains the data specified in the certificate of conformity (further - the certificate).
5. Access to the Register is free and is provided by its publication and support in urgent condition on the official site of Gosprodpotrebsluzhby.
6. The basis for entering into the Register of information about persons which are granted the right to make (to grow up, process) organic products (raw materials) is the certificate which provides conformity assessment body.
