About department of activities for transportation and storage (downloadings, selection) gas
In obligation fulfillment of Ukraine within Energy Community, according to the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the restructuring plan of joint-stock company "National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" for the purpose of department of activities for transportation and storage (downloadings, selection) gas which is applied.
2. Choose model of department of activities for transportation of natural gas, the stipulated in Article 23 Laws of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" as model of department of the operator of gas-transport system of Ukraine which is in state-owned property and is not subject to privatization.
3. To provide to the ministries, other central executive bodies accomplishment of the plan approved by this resolution.
