About modification of the Regulations on ensuring access to public information in the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine

According to article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About access to public information", to No. 547 "Questions of ensuring with executive bodies of access to public information", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2014 No. 630, and for the purpose of enhancement of the organization of access to public information which manager is the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine I order to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 5, 2011:

1. Bring in the Regulations on ensuring access to public information in the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of September 4, 2014 No. 981, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 23, 2014 for No. 1154/25931, such changes:

1) In the Section IV:

state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. The worker responsible for registration of outgoing documentation of MON registers the letter of response requesting information.";

to add Item 7 after the word of "obligations" with words ", heads of structural divisions of MON";

state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. The copy of the answer is provided to structural division to which competence are carried systematization, the analysis and control of requests for information, for removal from control.";

Abbreviation and the word "MON of Ukraine" to replace 2) in the text of the Provision with abbreviation of "MON".

2. To provide to management concerning information policy and communications submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
