About modification of the Decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of May 14, 2013 No. 817

According to Articles 3, of 4, Item of 1 part one, Item 7, Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 9 parts two of Article:

1. In heading and Item 1 of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of May 14, 2013 No. 817 "About approval of the Procedure and conditions of licensing for implementation of separate types of professional activity in the stock market (security market), renewals of the license, issue of the duplicate and the copy of the license", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 1, 2013 on No. 854/23386 (with changes), words", issues of the duplicate and the copy of the license" to exclude.

2. Approve Changes in the Procedure and conditions of licensing for implementation of separate types of professional activity in the stock market (security market), renewals of the license, issue of the duplicate and the copy of the license approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of May 14, 2013 No. 817, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 1, 2013 on No. 854/23386 (with changes) which are applied.

3. And clerical works to provide to department of information technologies promulgation of this decision on the official site of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

4. To provide to management of international cooperation and communications publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

5. To department of regulation of activities of dealers in securities and stock exchanges (Ustenko I. I.) provide:

submission of this decision on conducting examination on compliance of the Convention on human rights protection and fundamental freedoms in the Secretariat of the Government representative for cases of the European Court of Human Rights of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

6. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

7. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the National commission on securities and the stock market A. Panchenko.

Changes in the Procedure and conditions of licensing for implementation of separate types of professional activity in the stock market (security market), renewals of the license, issue of the duplicate and the copy of the license

1. In word heading"," to exclude issues of the duplicate and the copy of the license.

2. In the Section I:

2) in Item 2:

add Item after the paragraph of the fourteenth with the new paragraph the fifteenth the following content:
