1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 15, 1999 No. 388 "About approval of Rules of application of codes of sectors of economy and purpose of payment and submission of data on payments according to them" (the following changes and the amendment registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 1011):

3) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To department of the international relations and public relations (Kazybayev A. K.) provide the direction of this resolution on official publication in periodic printing editions within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Pirmatov G. O.
5. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and extends to the relations which arose since January 1, 2016, except for changes of names of transactions of codes of purpose of payment 014, of 031, of 089, of 090, of 093, 098 and 099 the Disaggregated tables of the codes of purpose of payment of appendix 1 to this resolution which were reworded as follows which become effective since January 1, 2018.
