About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. This resolution becomes effective since August 1, 2016, except for:

paragraphs of the fifteenth and sixteenth subitem "b" of Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since November 1, 2016;

the subitem "a", paragraph two of the subitem "b" of Item 1 and Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2017.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "About features of participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 51, Art. 7438; 2015, No. 45, Art. 6259):

a) the paragraph third Item 2 after the words "2 billion rubles" to add with words "legal entities who are specified regarding the 2nd article 1 of the Federal Law and are credit institutions which size of assets, according to annual accounting (financial) accounts for prior calendar year, exceeds 2 billion rubles,";
