According to the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity", I order to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 30, 2014 No. 197,:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine of January 27, 2009 No. 47 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of the economic activity in construction connected with creation of objects of architecture", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 11, 2009 at No. 226/16242 (with changes).

2. To department of state programs and development of housing construction (Kozlovskaya N. V.), to Department of normative legal regulation (Vernigor Yu. Yu.) together with the State architectural and construction inspection of Ukraine (Kudryavtsev A. V.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
