According to the Budget code of Ukraine, the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I order:
1. Approve the Order of interaction of bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine and bodies of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine in the course of accomplishment state and local budgets according to the income and other receipts which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 4, 2013 No. 760/1031 "About approval of the Order of interaction of bodies of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine and bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine in the course of accomplishment state and local budgets according to the income and other receipts", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 25, 2013 at No. 2193/24725.
3. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Romaniuk Yu. P.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
