In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fight against terrorism" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 8, Article 475; 2001, No. 11, Article 676; 2002, No. 5, Article 258; 2004, No. 3, Article 133; 2005, No. 10, Article 871; 2009, No. 2, Article 46; 2010, No. 3, Article 178; 2014, No. 4, Article 329) to make the following changes:
1. In the second paragraph of Article 1 after words of "other actions" to add with words of "(act of terrorism)".
2. In the seventh and ninth (in both cases) paragraphs of Article 1, in item 4 of the first part of Article 9, in first and third parts of Article 10, in the first part of Article 11 and in Article 18 of the word "acts of terrorism" in the corresponding cases shall be replaced with words "acts of terrorism" in the corresponding cases.
3. In the seventh paragraph of Article 1 and the first part of Article 12 of the word "act of terrorism" in the corresponding cases shall be replaced with words "act of terrorism" in the corresponding cases.
4. In the ninth paragraph of Article 1 "shares" to replace the word with the word "acts", in item 4 of the first part of Article 9 to replace the word of "shares" with the word of "acts".
5. In the name of Article 11 and Chapter III, in the name and the first or fourth parts of Article 13 of the word "Acts of terrorism" shall be replaced with words "Acts of terrorism".
