About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

List of invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 18, 2009 No. 936 "About creation of the Commission on questions of consideration of scope of the researches financed from the republican budget, and joint surveys with the foreign organizations".

2. Item of 8 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2011 No. 705 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 43, by the Art. 566).

3. Item of 10 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2012 No. 353 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
