About renaming of "Information and Analysis Center on Employment Problems" joint-stock company

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" and Item 1 of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2016 "About employment of the population" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Rename "Information and Analysis Center on Employment Problems" joint-stock company into "Center of Development of Manpower" joint-stock company (further - the center).

2. Determine the main object of activity of the center ensuring information and analytical support of state policy by regulation of the labor market and realization of active measures of assistance of employment, methodological support of local authorities concerning employment of the population and jobcenters of the population.

3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
