1. Approve enclosed:

1) Procedure for submission of data on specimen signatures, prints of seals and/or stamps;

2) Form of submission of data on specimen signatures, prints of seals and/or stamps;

3) Form of submission of data on modification of data on specimen signatures, prints of seals and/or stamps.

2. To department of state registration (Benedisyuk S. V.), to Department concerning notariate (Zusik T. V.) provide representation of the Electronic register of apostilles of data to the administrator about:

specimen signatures, prints of seals and/or stamps of the officials of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine authorized on putting down of apostille and also officials of departments of state registration of acts of civil status, the state registrars who performed state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs, notaries who signed and put down seal and/or stamp on official documents to which operation of the Convention canceling the requirement of legalization of foreign official documents in day of introduction of the electronic register of apostilles extends;

modification of data on specimen signatures, prints of seals and/or stamps of the officials of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine authorized on putting down of apostille within three working days from the date of approach of corresponding changes.

3. To provide to chiefs of the head territorial administrations of justice in areas and the city of Kiev representation of the Electronic register of apostilles of data to the administrator about:
