About approval of the Regulations on Expert service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
According to the Law of Ukraine "About judicial examination", to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 20, 2000 No. 988 "About formation of expert service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs", for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in compliance with the legislation I order:
1. Approve Regulations on Expert service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine which are applied.
2. To directors of the State research expert and criminalistic center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the territorial research expert and criminalistic centers, heads of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to organize studying and to provide accomplishment of this order by employees of subordinate divisions.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of August 9, 2012 No. 691 "About approval of the Regulations on Expert service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 7, 2012 at No. 1541/21853 (with changes).
4. To the state Ministry of Internal Affairs center research expert criminalistic (Fedotov A. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
6. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
