1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for development, registration and submission of the declaration of industrial safety, introduction in it of changes and (or) amendments and accounting of such declarations.

2. To the Ministry of Emergency Situations in three-months time to take measures for implementation of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
