About entering of amendments and changes into some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. The regulations on procedure for confirmation and calculation of length of service for purpose of pensions approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 1992 No. 777 (the joint venture of the Republic of Belarus, 1992, No. 36, Art. 660; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 188, 5/24206; 2008, No. 27, 5/26648; No. 53, 5/26825) to add with Item 372 following of content:

"372. The period of alternative service is confirmed by the military ID, references of military commissariats, archive organizations and other documents containing data on the periods of passing of alternative service.";

1.2. in the Regulations on military-medical examination approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 1998 No. 868 (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1998, No. 16, Art. 432; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 117, 5/9542; 2004, No. 1, 5/13550; 2009, No. 2, 5/29007; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.10. 2012, 5/36358; 03:05. 2014, 5/38769; 13:10. 2015, 5/41146):

1.2.1. in Item 3: in subitem 3.1 of the word "passing military service, service in bodies" shall be replaced with words "the citizens passing military service, service in bodies; the citizens passing alternative service;"; the paragraph one of subitem 3.3 after words "service in bodies," to add with words of "the citizens passing alternative service";

1.2.2. to add Item 8 part one after the words "consisting in inventory" with words "; the citizens passing alternative service";
