According to to Articles 7, 15, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", to Item 5 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of July 16, 2015 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of system of guaranteeing household deposits and conclusion of insolvent banks from the market" for the purpose of determination of procedure for preliminary qualification of persons who can participate in conclusion of insolvent banks from the market and approval of acquisition of participation in the Board of National Bank banks by them Ukraine decides No. 629-VIII:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for preliminary qualification of persons who can participate in conclusion of insolvent banks from the market, and approval of acquisition by them of participation in banks which is applied.

2. Chapter 8 of the Section VII of the Regulations on order of registration and licensing of banks, the opening of separate divisions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 8, 2011 No. 306, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 18, 2011 on No. 1203/19941 (with changes) to exclude.

3. To department of methodology (Ivanenko N. V.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine and Fund of guaranteeing household deposits for use in work.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Pisaruk A. V.
