About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on departure from the Republic of Moldova and entry into the Republic of Moldova No. 269-XIII of November 9, 1994 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 6, of the Art. 54), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and addition:

1. In preamble:

exclude the words "sets temporary restrictions of this right";

add preamble with the offer: "Temporary restrictions on issue of entry and exit documents are regulated by the Law on identification documents of national passport system No. 273-XIII of November 9, 1994.".

2. Recognize Chapter IV invalid.

Art. II. – In the Law on identification documents of national passport system No. 273-XIII of November 9, 1994 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 9, of the Art. 89), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 4:

part (1-3) to state in the following edition:

"(1-3) Identification documents are issued based on the application submitted by the applicant to competent authorities in accordance with the established procedure. In particular cases filing of application by other persons is allowed, namely:

a) in case of minor, incapacitated persons or incapacitated persons the legal representative of those on condition of compulsory attendance of the represented person acts as the applicant. Persons who acquired full legal capacity before achievement of age of 18 years according to parts (2) and (3) Article 20 of the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova do not fall under concept of the minor;
