About modification and amendments in the Law on additional social protection of some receivers of pensions and some categories of the population No. 1591-XV of December 26, 2002

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on additional social protection of some receivers of pensions and some categories of the population No. 1591-XV of December 26, 2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 1-2, 6), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. Add the law with Articles 1-5 and 1-6 of the following content:

"Art. 1-5. – Establish since July 1, 2016 monthly public welfare payment to receivers of the pensions established in the state system of social insurance who worked before achievement of retirement age or continue to work in the educational institutions of left bank of Dniester and the city of Bender subordinated to the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Moldova which list is provided in appendix, live in left bank of Dniester and do not receive the pensions granted by administration of Tiraspol.

Art. 1-6. – Establish since July 1, 2016 monthly public welfare payment to women aged from 55 up to 57 years and to men aged from 60 up to 62 years which work in the educational institutions of left bank of Dniester and the city of Bender subordinated to the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Moldova which list is provided in appendix live in left bank of Dniester and do not receive the pensions granted by administration of Tiraspol.".

2. In Article 2:

consider single part part (and in it the prolog after the words "1, 1-1, 1-2, 1-3 and 1-4," to add 1) with the words "and since July 1, 2016-provided by Articles 1-5 and 1-6,";

add Article with part (2) the following content:

"(2) Person entering several categories of receivers which are granted the right of receipt of the monthly public welfare payment provided by the law is granted only one allowance.".

Art. II. – To the government to bring the regulations into accord with this law in a month.
