Declare invalid the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of July 14, 2004 No. 296 "About approval of the Procedure for forming and maintaining the state register of the financial institutions providing financial services in the security market", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 2, 2004 at No. 957/9556 (with changes).
