1. Establish forms:
commodity-transport delivery note according to appendix 1;
the consignment note according to appendix 2.
2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for filling of commodity-transport delivery note and the consignment note it (is applied).
3. Determine that forms of standard forms of source accounting documents TTN-1 "Commodity-transport delivery note" and TN-2 "Consignment note" approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 2008 No. 192 "About approval of standard forms of source accounting documents TTN-1 "Commodity-transport delivery note" both TN-2 "Consignment note" and Instructions for filling of standard forms of source accounting documents TTN-1 "Commodity-transport delivery note" and TN-2 "Consignment note" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 41, 8/20328) made before entry into force of this resolution are valid before their complete use.
