About approval of Rules of work of small retail retail chain stores and Rules of trade in the markets of the Republic of Moldova
For the purpose of consumer protection and improvement of domestic trade the Government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:
1. Approve Rules of work of small retail retail chain stores (appendix N 1) and Rules of trade in the markets of the Republic of Moldova (appendix N 2).
2. To the Ministry of Economics:
together with Department of standards, metrology and technical supervision to develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure the standard of Moldova "The terms and determinations applied in the field of trade";
in coordination with Department of architecture and construction to develop and approve the nomenclature of types of shops and public catering establishments.
3. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food together with the interested ministries, departments and other organizations to develop and provide to 2-month time to the Government the draft of rules of sale to the population of seeds, seedlings of vegetables and flowers, and also fruit and berry saplings and saplings of grapes.
4. To administrations of all markets in 2-month time to develop and approve with Department of standardization and metrology of the program for replacement of obsolete gages by modern electronic gages.
