About payment terms of work of government employees of the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of enhancement of wages system, fixing of highly professional personnel in system of regulation of fuel and energy complex of the Kyrgyz Republic and stimulation of their work, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Establish the minimum base rate in the amount of 7000 som which is the basis for calculation of official pay rates of government employees of the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve:
- frequency rate coefficient for establishment of the size of official pay rates of the government employees holding political state positions in the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
- frequency rate coefficients for establishment of the size of official pay rates of government employees of the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to appendix 2;
- the sizes of percentage length-of-service allowances to official pay rates of government employees of the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 3;
