About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of ensuring effective dialogue of the state and business community concerning improvement of business environment and the investment climate, according to articles 11 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Council for business development and investments under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 5, 2010 No. 149 the following changes and amendments:

- in Item 5 of the word of "strategic development" to replace with the word of "investments";

- in Regulations on Council for business development and investments under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the specified resolution:
