According to article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About fight against terrorism" and for the purpose of improvement of coordination of activities of executive bodies of the republic and other government institutions, increase in efficiency of their activities in the field of fight against terrorism, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the List of executive bodies and other government institutions which within the powers participate in fight against terrorism it (is applied).

2. To provide to the state committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan coordination of activities of executive bodies and other government institutions which within the powers participate in fight against terrorism.
