1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 14, 1999 No. 1272 "About the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 29, Art. 1473; 2012, No. 90, Art. 3651):
The name of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition: "Some questions of administration of the state and Unified registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice";
Item 1 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1. Support the offer of the Ministry of Justice on determination of the state company by the Ministry which belongs to the sphere of its management, the administrator of registers which creation and ensuring functioning is within the competence of this Ministry.";
Item 2 to exclude 3);
Paragraph one of Item 3 after words to "physical persons and legal entities" to add 4) with words ", except as specified, stipulated by the legislation".
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 5, 2004 No. 830 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of encumbrances of personal estate" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 27, Art. 1770; 2005, No. 34, Art. 2046; 2012, No. 67, Art. 2738; 2012, No. 90, Art. 3651; No. 96, Art. 3875):
1) in Item 2 of the word "state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice" shall be replaced with words "the state company belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Justice";
