About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning delivery of capacity under agreements on capacity provision

2. To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation till October 1, 2016 to bring method of calculation of value of the share of the compensated costs reflecting forecast profit on sale of electrical energy for suppliers of electrical energy (capacity) into compliance with this resolution.

3. The subitem "b" of Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2016.

In the Rules of determination of the price of the capacity sold under agreements on provision of capacity, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 13, 2010 No. 238 "About determination of price parameters of trade in capacity in the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 16, Art. 1922; No. 42, Art. 5397; 2011, No. 14, Art. 1916):

a) in item 4:
