general requirements to structure of information, procedure for forming and maintaining the register of sources of the income of the Russian Federation, the register of sources of the income of the federal budget, registers of sources of the income of budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation, registers of sources of the income of local budgets and registers of sources of the income of budgets of state non-budgetary funds.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in 3-month time to approve the acts provided by the Rules and general requirements approved by this resolution.

3. To federal executive bodies, governing bodies of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation and (or) state organizations which are under their authority performing budget powers of chief managers of the income of budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation and chief managers of the income of the federal budget, to the main managers of means of the federal budget performing provision of interbudget transfers to provide according to the Rules approved by this resolution, forming in the state integrated management information system public finance "The electronic budget" of information for inclusion in the list of sources of the income of the Russian Federation and its direction till September 25, 2016.
