About change of Nominal structure of the Commission on certification of internal auditors of the public sector
For implementation of provisions of the Art. 29, lit.b), the Law No. 229 of September 23, 2010 on the state internal financial control (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 231-234, 730) I ORDER to the Art.:
1. Approve changes in appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 100 of August 29, 2012 about approval of the Regulations on certification of internal auditors of the public sector (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 205-207, the Art. 1132):
- syntagma "Valeriu Babere is deputy director of financial inspection" to replace with syntagma "Ion Borta is deputy director of financial inspection under the Ministry of Finance";
2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
