About approval of changes and additions which are made to the Methodology of calculation and application of regulated rates for natural gas approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 678 of August 22, 2014.

For the purpose of reliable providing consumers with natural gas on the regulated rates calculated proceeding from necessary and reasonable costs for acquisition on import for provision of services on transfer, distribution and supply of natural gas to consumers, creations of equal conditions for activities to all participants of the natural gas market by establishment of single calculation procedure and application of regulated rates, according to articles 8 part (1) Item е) and 53rd part (1) the Natural Gas Act No. 123-XVIII of December 23, 2009. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 23-24, of the Art. 31), the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:

1. Approve changes and additions which are made to the Methodology of calculation and application of regulated rates for natural gas approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 678 of August 22 2014, by the registered Ministry of Justice on October 7, 2014 at number 996 (are applied).

2. To impose control over observance of this Resolution on department of rates and economic analyses of the National agency on regulation in power.
