1. Approve the Technical regulation "Safety of Packaging" it (is applied),
2. To standardization agency, metrology, certification and trade inspection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the relevant ministries and departments to take necessary measures for implementation of this Technical regulation.
3. Enact this resolution after six months after its acceptance.

1 The technical regulation "Safety of Packaging" (further - the Technical regulation) is developed for the purpose of establishment in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan single obligatory for application and execution of requirements to packaging (corking means), ensuring free movement of the packaging (corking means) released in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. If concerning packaging (corking means) other technical regulations of the Republic of Tajikistan establishing requirements to packaging (corking means) are accepted, then packaging (corking means) shall conform to requirements of all technical regulations of the Republic of Tajikistan which action extends to it.
