About some questions of implementation of article 14-1 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "About standardization and certification"

According to article 14-1 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 1993 "About standardization and certification" I ORDER to No. 46-93:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Requirements to contents of information on the decisions on issue, refusal made by certification bodies in issue, cancellation, suspension of action of certificates of conformity or certificates on recognition of compliance which moves for inclusion in the Register of the state system of certification;

2) Procedure for maintaining Register of the state system of certification;

3) the Procedure for assignment by certification bodies to the certificates of conformity issued by them and the certificate on recognition of compliance of registration numbers.

2. To department of technical regulation (Vitkin L. M.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
