About modification of the Procedure for state registration of legal entities, physical persons of the entrepreneurs and public forming which do not have the status of the legal entity

According to Article 5 and part six of article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming", I order to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228,:

1. Make to the section III of the Procedure for state registration of the legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming who do not have the status of the legal entity approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 9, 2016 No. 359/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 9, 2016 for No. 200/28330 (with changes), the following changes:

in item 4 paragraphs the third, fourth to exclude;

in Item 5 to exclude paragraph two;

in Item 7:

exclude paragraph two.
