In pursuance of the order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of December 15, 1992 N 822 "About approval of the N 1 and N 2 Lists of productions, works of the professions, positions and indicators granting pension entitlement on age on favorable terms" the Government of the Republic of Moldova decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out certification of workplaces for confirmation of the right to provision of preferential pensions it (is applied).

And to other employers to carry out by heads of the companies (associations), organizations, organizations, cooperatives certification of workplaces according to the specified Provision and to take necessary measures for improvement of the working conditions working, occupied at works with adverse conditions. 3. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection:

exercise control of quality of carrying out certification of workplaces and their reference to category with harmful and severe conditions of work;

make necessary explanations to district and city departments of social security and the interested business entities concerning certification of workplaces for confirmation of preferential pensions according to the Provision approved by this resolution.
