According to item 4 of part four of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of application by participants Fonda of guaranteeing household deposits of the program complex "The Inspector of the Database about Investors" for implementation of verification of the database about investors the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:
1. Add Item 8 of the Section II of the Agreement of forming and maintaining databases on the investors approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 9, 2012 No. 3, the new paragraph registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 23, 2012 at No. 1430/21742, third the following content:
"Banks shall perform verifications of the database by means of the software "The inspector of the database about investors" which is posted on the official site of Fund, and also to contribute to Fund information according to the procedure, established by Rules of provision of the reporting by the members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of July 9, 2012 No. 4, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2012 for No. 1269/21581.".
2. Approve Changes in the Rules of provision of the reporting members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 9, 2012 No. 4, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2012 for No. 1269/21581, which are applied.
