About some questions of the organization of activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of law-enforcement bodies for protection of public order and to safety, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Transform Traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to Head department of patrol militia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic with step-by-step transfer of function, material and technical resources and established posts of security guard and patrol service of territorial subdivisions of law-enforcement bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in the following terms:

- from Main Departments of Internal Affairs of the city of Bishkek, Chuy Region, the Department of Internal Affairs of the Issyk kul region - since April 1, 2016;

- from the Departments of Internal Affairs of the Osh, Batken, Jalal-Abad, Naryn, Talas regions and the city of Osh - since July 1, 2016.

2. Approve:

- Regulations on Head department of patrol militia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

- the scheme of management of Head department of patrol militia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
