About approval of the Temporary procedure for determination and calculation of the minimum consumer budget
According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova of July 18, 1991 N 140 "About the minimum consumer budget" and for the purpose of coordination of works on reasons and timely introduction of offers on establishment of the state guarantees for social protection of needy national groups the Government of the Republic of Moldova decides:
1. Approve the Temporary procedure for determination and calculation of the minimum consumer budget and Temporary annual average standards of consumption of the food, nonfoods and services entering the minimum consumer goods basket according to the appendices N 1 and 2.
2. To the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection annually till February 1 to submit in the tripartite Commission on regulation of social and economic problems in the Republic of Moldova projects of regulations and standard rates of consumption of the food, nonfoods and services entering consumer goods basket for consideration and submission to the Government of the Republic of Moldova.
3. And material resources and to the Ministry of Health timely to provide to the Ministry of Trade necessary information in amounts and in the terms established in the specified Temporary procedure.
4. Recommend to State department to provide according to the statistics timely submission of statistical information according to the specified Temporary procedure.
5. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, the Ministry of Economics with the assistance of the Federation Council of independent labor unions of Moldova both in coordination with the Ministry of Finance as required and proceeding from economic opportunities of the republic, on the basis of the analysis of settlement sizes of the minimum consumer budget to make offers on approval of cost size of account part of the minimum consumer budget, allowing equivalent replacement of components of the minimum consumer goods basket.
