1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for carrying out tenders at the choice of contractors of actions it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2016 No. 11 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for carrying out competitive selection of contractors of actions of the state programs which are not subordinate state-financed organizations" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.04. 2016, 8/30822).
3. Operation of this resolution does not extend to procedures of competitive selections of contractors of actions of state programs which responsible customer is the Ministry of Agriculture and Food if they are announced, but are not complete before entry into force of the Regulations on procedure for forming, financing, accomplishment and efficiency evaluation of implementation of state programs.
Carrying out the competitive selections specified in part one of this Item is performed according to the legislation existing before entry into force of the Regulations on procedure for forming, financing, accomplishment and efficiency evaluation of implementation of state programs.
