1. Approve change to the Regulations on general procedure on assessment of conformity of construction products approved by the Order of the Minister of Regional Development and Construction No. 40 of June 28, 2011. "About approval of the Regulations on general procedure on assessment of conformity of construction products" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 135-138, the Art. 1145), according to appendix.
2. To provide to management of construction, construction materials and modern technologies the publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. This order becomes effective after publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on Mr. Anatoliye Zolotkov, the deputy minister.
