According to the subitem 10) of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 30, 2015 "About the republican budget for 2016-2018" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of use of target current transfers from the republican budget for 2016 by regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on approbation of per capita financing of the organizations of secondary education.

2. To provide to akims of Akmola, Aktyubinsk, Almaty, East Kazakhstan and Southern Kazakhstan regions:

1) timely and target use of the allocated target current transfers;

2) submission to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of reports on use of the allocated target current transfers to the 5th following reporting.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan monitoring of use of target current transfers from the republican budget with budgets of Akmola, Aktyubinsk, Almaty, East Kazakhstan and Southern Kazakhstan regions.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016 and is subject to official publication.
