About modification of the Regulations on the commission on privatization

According to part three of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of state-owned property" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on the commission on privatization approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of July 15, 1997 No. 743, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 29, 1997 at No. 361/2165 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To submit to management of reforming of property of Department of privatization of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.

Changes in Regulations on the commission on privatization

1. In the Section I:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1.4 of the word "issues the order on statement of structure of the commission without these representatives" "has the right the order to approve structure of the commission without representatives of these bodies";
