About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Health
According to the paragraph to the fourth Item 9 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 No. 442 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies", to the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, and for the purpose of reduction of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine I order:
1. Make change to the order of the Ministry of Health of December 16, 2003 No. 584 "About approval of Storage precautions and monitoring procedures of quality of medicines in treatment and prevention facilities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 3, 2004 at No. 275/8874, having stated Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. To Gosleksluzhbe and its territorial authorities to provide control over the implementation of requirements of Rules".
2. Make change to the order of the Ministry of Health of July 19, 2005 No. 360 "About approval of Rules of writing out of recipes on medicines and products of medical appointment, the Procedure for leave of medicines and products of medical appointment from drugstores and their structural divisions, the Instruction about procedure for storage, accounting and destruction of prescription forms", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 20, 2005 for No. 782/11062, having replaced in Item 3 of the word "Public Service of Ukraine on Medicines" with the word "Gosleksluzhba".
