1. Agree with offers of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food, Public service on geodesy, cartography and the inventory on realization since October 1, 2016 in territorial authorities of Public service concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory which provide implementation of powers under approval of projects of land management on withdrawal of the parcel of land, pilot project on implementation of exterritoriality of approval of projects of land management on withdrawal of the parcel of land by territorial authorities of Public service concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory (further pilot project).

2. Approve the Temporary order of interaction between territorial authorities of Public service concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory for realization of pilot project on implementation of exterritoriality of approval of projects of land management on withdrawal of the parcel of land by territorial authorities of Public service concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory in case of approval of projects of land management on withdrawal of the parcel of land which is applied.

3. To public service concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory according to the requirements established by the Temporary procedure approved by this resolution till October 1, 2016 to provide:

testing and determination of experts of state examination;
