Approve Changes in the form of the registration certificate on medicinal means / medicine (medical immunobiological supplies) approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 29, 2003 No. 358, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 7, 2003 at No. 693/8014, which are applied.

Approve Changes in the description of the registration certificate on the medicinal means / medicine (medical immunobiological supplies) approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 29, 2003 No. 358, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 7, 2003 at No. 693/8014, which are applied.
3. To provide to management of pharmaceutical activities and quality of pharmaceutical products in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Ilik R. R.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
