1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on functioning of stock exchanges approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 22, 2012 No. 1688, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 14, 2012 at No. 2082/22394 (with changes) (further - changes) which are applied.

2. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

3. To stock exchanges to bring the activities into accord with requirements of changes within three months from the effective date of this decision, except paragraphs of the third, fourth subitem 2, of the subitem 5 of Item 2 and the paragraph of the third subitem 1 of Item 7 of Changes to which to bring the activities within year from the effective date of this decision.
